At Ceiba Nova, we aim for clarity, flexibility, and fairness when it comes to tuition. Below are the details families need to know:

📅 Monthly Tuition Schedule

Tuition is billed monthly, in advance, for each month of enrollment.
Our online billing system is set up as a 12-month subscription model for convenience — but you remain in full control.
You can cancel your subscription or change payment methods at any time.
Prefer not to use automatic billing? No problem — we also offer manual monthly billing and accept cash payments.

🧾 Tax Documentation

We are actively working to ensure we can provide the documentation required for families to declare tuition as an educational expense when applicable. If you plan to report school expenses on your taxes, please let us know so we can support you accordingly.

✍️ Enrollment & Commitment

Upon joining Ceiba Nova, families sign a Contract of Intent — this reflects our shared commitment to collaboration and student growth.
This is not a legally binding tuition contract. If your family needs to withdraw for any reason, you may do so without financial penalty beyond the current billing cycle.

⏸️ Pause Options

We understand that some students may need to split their time between countries, schools, or other obligations. We offer enrollment pauses by request, and we’ll work with your family to adjust tuition during those times.

📆 Year-Round Learning = Consistent Tuition

Ceiba Nova follows a year-round learning model, with regular breaks built into the schedule (see our Calendar for details). Because our tuition model is designed to reflect a 12-month operating cycle, tuition is not prorated during holiday or break periods.

This ensures that we can maintain consistent services, support staff, and quality learning experiences year-round — and that your child’s space remains reserved, even during time off.
